If there is one thing that is certain in life, it is unpredictability. We live in an ever-changing world, progressing and always evolving. As creatures of habit, the fickleness of life can be challenging. As a result, people are often frustrated and stressed out. As a therapist and a mental health advocate, it is a privilege and an honor to come alongside to help. My goal is to help people realize their potential and gain practical coping skills to manage stress. I have a unique ability to challenge people to make positive changes, develop insight, and to be more active participants in their healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based. Also, training in pastoral counseling has equipped me to help people understand their struggles while deepening their sense of faith. I offer people a safe space to explore and process different aspects of their lives. I have worked with people from various cultural backgrounds and ages.
Therapy can be daunting. However, it could also be a place for healing and self-discovery. It takes courage to embrace vulnerability amidst life's uncertainties. I am here to support you and to assist you to feel empowered and to discover resiliency. Connect with me today so that we get started.
