Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I believe that everyone deserves to have a good quality of life and to have their fundamental human needs met; but my personal and professional experience has exposed me to the numerous barriers people face to achieving this. I believe in taking a holistic, person-centered approach by supporting individuals from all walks of life in helping them overcome difficult barriers as we navigate this thing called life. Through the use of empowerment, respect, and compassion, my intention is to collaboratively help strengthen your autonomy by utilizing your expertise of your lived experiences to help fulfill your own potential.
I have extensive personal, paid, and voluntary experience of supporting individuals (adults and adolescents) and families from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes collectively working with individuals to explore various mental health barriers, addiction, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, life adjustments, and crisis.
Social Work is a field that suits my strengths, interests, and professional approach to working. I have always had a genuine desire and passion to help others create positive change within their lives regardless of how small or significant it may be. I understand how important it is to have safe place to be heard.
