It is important to identify and clarifying the reasons you are seeking counseling. Some people will have a clear answer to that question and others may not be so sure, either way we will figure it out together. Counseling sessions are client led and the most important thing is that clients feel completely comfortable and supported.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience and I have worked with clients presenting with a variety of life interfering conditions. I take an active, collaborative, and supportive approach and use my extensive knowledge in evidenced based approaches to guide treatment and address the the symptoms disrupting my clients lives.
It is important for me and my client to have a collaborative and positive working relationship.
