Hi, my name is Jasmine, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and I love to work with tweens through twenty somethings who may be struggling with a variety of complaints including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and past trauma.
I take a person-centered, relational approach to therapy with the strong belief that safe, connected relationships change our brain and help us heal. It is my goal to meet you where you are at and create a safe space for you to connect more deeply to yourself, the people around you, and even to the natural world.
I hold a certification in Nature-Based counseling, and if desired, love to take clients outside in a variety of capacities to further support the healing process and connect to the environment.
