Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

I employ art therapy, DBT, somatic, and experiential techniques combined with a person-centered approach in order to help my clients achieve a level of repair/ healing with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. My primary focus throughout my career has been working with children, adolescents, and adults to find a path to healing. I enjoy being able to bring a creative spin to the counseling session. So often, words cannot capture or express sadness, anger, happiness, etc.

It is important for therapy to be a partnership between client and therapist; I hope to offer a safe atmosphere where self-expression and repair is possible. I received my doctorate of art therapy at Mount Mary University; my specialty is trauma treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
