Hi there and welcome, I offer therapy for individuals dealing with life's stressors, anxiety, depression, and anyone looking to heal and grow. I am trauma informed. I offer a supportive environment to help you. You deserve to feel seen and heard. I enjoy combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other techniques as a framework for my therapeutic approach. I encourage meditation and mindfulness and have completed training as a Yoga instructor. I feel these are additional practices that can benefit you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer individual counseling to adults. I believe it is important to have an array of coping skills to use in the day to day life stressors we experience. I am trauma informed and I enjoy teaching skills from CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT to help with reframing, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.
