We all share the basic human need to achieve self-actualization. In order to improve, we must first understand what we are working with. Therapy provides a safe and trusting space to explore ourselves as a whole, separate from our own judgements. I practice and teach mindfulness as a method to gain self-awareness that produces change in the way we interact with ourselves and our environment.  Therapy is a beautiful path to recognize your own power while simultaneously removing the power we have assigned to thoughts or behaviors.
I have extensive experience providing therapy in both hospital and community settings. I specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, and anger management.
As a clinician, I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. I am certified to practice Mindfulness. My goal is to help improve clients’ overall wellbeing by reducing reactions to anxiety, stress, sadness and anger.
