I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. I have eight years of experience in the community mental health field, four of which were post graduate. My professional experiences have allowed me to work with children, teens, and adults. I have a background working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as experience in assisting children and families to manage symptoms and behaviors related to ADHD and Autism.
My passion is working with individuals who are ready and willing to make changes in their lives. I am here to provide a safe place to process difficulties and challenges they may be facing and to help build skills to help overcome those things. My therapeutic approach is person centered and is focused on the individual’s strengths and needs.
