Recent Updates From John Thomas
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

I became a therapist because I’ve never found being a Human especially easy, and I’ve had a lot of adverse life experiences. For some people, being happy comes naturally. For others it takes a lot of work to find it. I believe we learn best from those of us who have had to learn to endure, persevere, and even find meaning from pain.
I have gained the skills to help adults address trauma (PTSD), relationship difficulties with family or romantic partners, and problematic sexual behaviors. I am interested in helping people make lasting changes to bring true empowerment and life and life transformation.
We all have things in life that we need help working through, and sometimes our emotions seem to be steering the ship, and we're simply along for the ride. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space for you to get the support and guidance you are seeking.
