Looking for support, personal exploration, to improve mental health? Counseling can be a great tool for self-improvement. Many of us may find ourselves faced with overwhelming stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues in these challenging times. Counseling can be a safe place to process this and a way to discover inner resilience. I especially enjoy working with creative, artistic, intuitive and spiritual individuals. My style is highly interactive and conversational where we will help to identify underlying issues, determine where these originated and help to improve your level of functioning.
We will meet together to develop better coping skills, this may include relaxation techniques, EFT/ tapping, boundary setting, exploring natural resources and challenging negative thought patterns. I may also choose to integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients work through trauma and relief of symptoms.
I have experience as a licensed massage therapist and energy work training, which has greatly supported me in realizing the importance of the mind/ body connection is necessary to acknowledge in stress reduction. My goal is for you to feel heard, safe, validated and to create space where you can heal, grow and thrive. I look forward to hearing from you.
