As a mental health provider my goal is to be a guide to your own natural ability to heal. Every person has developed their own means of coping and navigating their world that has allowed them to make it this far. Sometimes those ways of coping have been necessary for survival, but they are not allowing room for further growth. I want to partner with you as you explore new ways of coping and thriving. I seek to create an environment where your strengths are built upon and new, healthier patterns are explored as you learn to navigate your external and internal world with greater freedom.
I have extensive experience working with a wide range if diagnoses including depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, complex and single incident trauma, mood disorders and dissociative symptoms. I work with you to build your capacity for emotional and physical regulation using somatic, DBT, CBT and Internal Family Systems frameworks.
Please feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have about my experience, approach, fees, availability or therapy in general. Finding a therapist and understanding what approach is best for you can be a daunting process. I am happy to support you in your search and discuss if my practice is the right fit for you.
