Recent Updates From Kym Groceman
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Let's face it, sometimes life is challenging. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed in areas of life that were supposed to be simple. Normal stress seems more stressful especially with work, school and daily demands. Sometimes the people we love the most (friends and family) don't quite understand what to say or do to help and what they DO say makes it worse. Everyone has some experience and/or issue that is keeping them from living the life they always wanted. I have a very eclectic approach to therapy. I believe we are all unique individuals with unique situations. There isn't a "perfect therapy" approach that works for everyone.
My specialty is people. However, I have several years of experience serving individuals and families struggling with attachment disorders, personality disorders, communication, marriage, PTSD, unresolved childhood trauma, work-life balance, and parenting issues.
I chose to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor because I believe it is difficult to find someone who genuinely cares about people and their life challenges. Together, we will do our best to work through whatever you need to work through.
