I have a wide range of counseling experience in the mental health & addictions fields working with children, adolescents and adults in individual, family, couple & group settings. I have worked closely with people of various races, backgrounds & ethnicities. I have extensive experience providing solution focused therapy, reality therapy, interpersonal therapy & cognitive-behavioral therapies. I have a background in teaching & understand everyone learns differently. With this said, I do not take one particular approach to therapy and feel feedback is a crucial part of the therapeutic process.

I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2009 with my MSEd in Counselor Education Community Mental Health. I am licensed as a LMHC in New York, a LPC in Pennsylvania & a LPCC in Ohio. I am also nationally certified as a NCC & a CCMHC through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
