Recent Updates From Libby Stofik-Edgren
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

Finding the right fit in any relationship is important; the same is true in therapy. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to create your roadmap for success. Helping clients who struggle with family related issues, parenting hurdles and relationships difficulties encompasses a lot of my experience. I also specialize in addressing traumas and/or traumatic events (including those connected to military or emergency response events), healing relationships and strengthening the emotional connection between partners, and parents and children.
I am married to a Military Service Member and a mother to two rambunctious little boys. I have found these things have helped me greatly in connecting with clients, understanding the hurdles of family life and parenting, maintaining a healthy marriage and tackling curveballs from the military related life events.
Experience has taught me the client's journey through the therapy process is just as important as the outcome of the therapy. The results you achieve are the outcome of your hard work and dedication to making changes in your life.
