Recent Updates From Lindsay Nichole
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Often by the time an individual is entering my office, they have become bogged down and overwhelmed by stress in their life. It is my goal to help quiet the mind (and the busy, stressful world) enough to get in touch with the heart and find true healing. I am a down-to-earth therapist - essentially just another being walking this path of life and trying to find fulfillment in it. I deeply value the time spent with clients as they navigate their lives, figuring out their stressors and their innermost needs that are not being addressed & being with folks as they seek a more centered, authentic and empowered life.
I have clinical training in a variety of modalities that can be adjusted and tailored to meet the pace and expectations the client has, including CBT, ACT, EMDR and Mindfulness. My “style” is all about figuring out what is unconsciously stirring up trouble– negative internal dialogue, emotions, behaviors, relationships– and finding healing.
It is my hope that clients will build comfort and security in their bodies, ground and tune into the heart and listen, listen, listen. YOU have the answer. I am simply a passenger on the journey. By building your presence within and learning to regulate stress, we can build safety and security in the most important relationship – the one you have with you.
