"Seeking out a therapist and entering therapy can sometimes be an intimidating prospect. My goal as a therapist is to create a therapeutic environment that puts a client at ease and supports self-exploration in a safe, comfortable atmosphere. A client's desire for growth and change is a very personal journey and I believe in an individualized approach that supports each person's expressed need. Life is littered with suffering in different forms and I want to aid my clients in developing a deeper understanding of this suffering and meaning to what may feel meaningless."

Being a Jungian Analyst is more than a vocation, it’s a calling. As a certified Jungian Analyst, my work with clients not only focuses on struggles of everyday life but also explores deeper meaning in suffering. Traditional psychotherapy often attempts to elevate symptoms without exploring intrapsychic (internal energetic) imbalances that create symptoms.
Carrying the burden of painful life events without a soulful relationship to our inner world can feel unbearable. Dropping down into the recesses of inner life can provide rebirth and renewal during times of struggle and despair. Let’s walk this leg of life’s journey together in service to deeper understanding and honoring your authentic self.
