Recent Updates From Mary Ann
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I currently have a waitlist for new patients. I am pleased to be part of a practice that specializes in neurodivergence, something near and dear to my heart and own lived experience. I believe you as the patient are the expert on your own life and you are the true pilot of your treatment. Therapy to me is collaborating with you to help you find ways to enjoy life more and feel encouraged to make changes, even when change is often so intimidating.

I have 9 years of experience working with the college student population (traditional, non-traditional, veterans, disability services, graduate students, and international students). I also have worked within school-based mental health (ages K-18) and trained in play therapy. Focus areas of: grief, DBT, autism spectrum, ADHD, trauma, and attachment.
What are your goals? What do you believe is holding you back? As a therapist, I genuinely want to get to know you, especially what motivates you. Learning coping skills to help foster emotional regulation is one of the first steps in my approach and I will work with you to create an individualized plan of action tailored to your needs.
