Recent Updates From Matthew Grovenstein
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Sometimes life can be a bit too much: relationship struggles arise, worries seem too heavy, or direction is hard to find. That’s where I come in. As a counselor, I aim to meet each client where they are, building a deep understanding of who they are and collaboratively identifying what they need and how to get them there. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing on multiple counseling perspectives to meet each individual's needs through evidence-based approaches. I won’t force clients to do anything, but using my training and experience, I will both support and challenge them to make significant, lasting change.
I grew up in Wyoming so I understand the culture of grit and resilience. However, I have also seen how that same culture can keep people from seeking support in hard times. As a counselor, I strive to help everyone feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Starting a journey of growth and healing can be daunting. You don't have to do it alone. Let's embark on it together. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to meet with you for a free consultation over the phone or videochat. Whether you need an empathetic ear, specific skills, or help reflecting and developing insight, I am here to help.
