I have a doctoral concentration in Parent-Infant Mental Health. Also, I have a master's degree in Youth and Family Education. Interests include early childhood development; effects of touch on child development from pregnancy through infancy; attachment; prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression; women's emotional health; and adolescence.
I have provided training and consultation to the Nursing Grand Rounds at St Vincent's Hospital; the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses; Early Intervention; Perseus House, Inc., and Perseus House Inc., Florence Crittenton Facility.
