Hi, my name is Krystal Vasconcelos, LICSW and I am the co-founder of NEWC. Immediate openings for for Blue Cross, Optum, Aetna and private pay clients with 6 of our therapists. We have 3 bilingual therapists accepting new clients. We have offices in Providence, East Greenwich and Pawtucket! We acknowledge that taking this first step in improving your mental and physical wellness can be overwhelming. We will develop a partnership and use an array of therapeutic tools that fit your needs. We have extensive training working with individuals with depression, anxiety, developmental disabilities, Autism and complex trauma.
We utilize multiple approaches: cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, IFS, Progressive Counting and Tapping. We specialize in introducing or reconnecting an individual with their Core Self. The Core Self is at the center of all the parts that comprise the individual.
When the Core Self is not navigating our parts we encounter roadblocks. These roadblocks may consist of anxiety, emotional eating, self-loathing or other disturbing emotions or behaviors. In treatment we will discover your barriers and develop a road map that will lead you to attaining your goals!
