My therapeutic approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). You guide the way by identifying goals or areas of concern and together we will create a plan which includes defining what progress would look like for you, how you can achieve your goals and any barriers that may be present.
My therapeutic experience includes; depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and more. I have worked with all ages, from young children to adults. Your needs are of the utmost importance. My goal is to provide you with tools to meet your personal goals and feel more in control while working toward positive change.
