Is Addiction hurting you or your loved ones? Struggling with anxiety, depression, procrastination, conflict? Or do you just need to feel listened to? I've been in the Addiction and Mental Health field for over 15 years. I'm a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Mental Health specialist, Victim Advocate/Victim Services Provider, specializing in trauma and recovery from abuse and violence, and Behavioral Health for individuals and couples/families. I have a history of intensive group work and specialize in Cognitive Restructuring and Behavioral therapy, Co-occurring Disorders, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, DUI therapy, individual counseling and victim and trauma counseling. I will help you explore your belief systems, relationships with others, and how that relates to your current choices.
I have a very Humanistic style and bring a compassionate, direct, and informative approach (with a side of humor and empathy), which clients find uplifting and helpful in assisting them to reach their fullest potentials. If you are stuck in conflict, don't feel as if you are living to your best potential, or just tired of chasing your tail, come see me!
