Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I am experienced in counseling people for many mental health conditions, including my specialties of anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress, life adjustments, adapting to college, or just finding your way in life as a young adult regardless of your career plans. In May 2022, I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I became a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a rigorous, examination-based professional certification showing that I've demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the field of counseling.

I am experienced in working with children and teens, college students, and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism symptoms. My formal training includes the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, but I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Mindfulness-based modalities to help you reach your goals.
My early life experience learning to manage overwhelming anxiety enables me to empathize with people living with anxiety. I will walk alongside you and teach you what I have learned. I aim to use my training, education, and early life experiences to help you become your best self. I hope you take a chance on therapy, too.
