I am NOT taking new clients at this time! As a therapist, my primary focus is to help adults who are grappling with depression, anxiety, shame, grief & loss, substance use recovery, and emotional trauma. These challenges can be immensely difficult to face alone, and my goal is to offer you a supportive and healing space. We will work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself through the cultivation of self awareness, self acceptance, and taking back control of your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I want to help you gain a deep understanding that you have permission to be YOU.​
My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, which helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional landscapes. Mindfulness involves cultivating awareness and presence in the moment, allowing us to explore our thoughts, feelings, and sensations with a sense of curiosity & non judgement.
