As a therapist, my primary focus is to help adults who are grappling with depression, anxiety, shame, grief & loss, substance use recovery, and emotional trauma. My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, which helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional landscapes. Mindfulness involves cultivating awareness and presence in the moment, allowing us to explore our thoughts, feelings, and sensations with a sense of curiosity & non judgement.
