Recent Updates From Sarah Davis
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

My goal is to create a safe space where you can share openly about your story: your fears, worries, sadness, loss, and trauma as well as your joys, achievements, strengths, resourcefulness, and wisdom. You deserve to feel seen and heard without judgement. You have the capacity to change. Together, we will explore your story, using methods and skills appropriate to your personalized goals. I specialize in working with adult individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, stress/burnout, secondary trauma, and life transitions (especially those in "Quarterlife").
I’ve worked in social services since 2014, in roles related to advocacy, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and therapeutic support. My style of therapy is person-centered, collaborative, strengths-based, compassionate and encouraging. I incorporate elements of various methodologies (see list below), all through a trauma-informed lens.
I offer free consult calls so that we might both discern if working together will be the best fit for your healing journey. It is a privilege for me to enter into this space with you, and I do not take it lightly. I look forward to journeying alongside you, as we explore your story, and seek to write the next chapter.
