Recent Updates From Shelly Blanchard
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
In my sessions, I like to focus on the entire person: the mind, body, and spirit. I do provide Christian counseling if that is something you are interested in. I offer therapy with individuals, couples, and families and am happy to say that I love the work I do. When you come to my office, you will be able to share the things in your life that you are struggling with and know that what you share will be met with compassion. You will be able to let me know what you would like to talk about during each session and what you would like to get out of therapy.
I have experience treating a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I have worked with survivors of abuse, and I enjoy helping people who have completed treatment for substance use. I love working with children and adolescents, and I also enjoy helping individuals work through divorce and rebuilding their life after.
If you are ready to talk about some of the challenges that you have been facing and start to feel better, please call to set up an appointment. Please know that I will help you to feel comfortable sharing and know that therapy is confidential. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
