Recent Updates From Stephanie Wheeler
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment which promotes individual healing and growth. I enjoy working with adults experiencing an array of concerns, which include, but are not limited to trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety and depressive symptoms, life transitions and stress. Through a trauma informed lens and mind-body approach, the therapeutic relationship involves supporting clients as they gain insight, explore and enhance relationships both internally and externally, which allows opportunity for long term growth and healing.

Although therapeutic goals are tailored to the individual needs and concerns of the client, I tend to incorporate an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy. This most often includes the use of somatic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness and systems strategies to engage and empower individuals working through various challenges.
Attunement to individual client needs and concerns, as well as pacing and integrity are central to the way in which I practice. I truly enjoy this work, and I look forward to meeting with you
