I have been working with children and families for more than 30 years. My approach is strength based and collaborative - my goal is to truly hear and support each person I work with whether individually or in a family. My "wheelhouse" is working with children, families and adults who have experienced developmental trauma. I use neuroscience, attachment and developmental approaches to work with trauma as it impacts children, adults, families, couples and individuals.

I've completed Mentor Level Certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics developed by Dr. Bruce Perry. I provide neuro-developmental assessment, support and consultation in addition to training fellow professionals in this approach.
I have significant experience working with families and adults from LGBTQ and BIPOC communities and I integrate a strong commitment to social justice in my work using an approach consistent with Cultural Humility principles. My approach is gentle, thoughtful, caring and supportive. I believe in cultivating hope, connection and compassion.
