Recent Updates From Tasha DeFelice
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Through an encouraging and positive environment, I strive to help my clients work through their struggles, emphasize their own strengths, and achieve goals they want to reach. I love to be creative and have fun, use hands-on approaches to therapy, and make our sessions engaging. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and doing crafts.
I have a passion working with children, adolescents, and young adults. My experience varies, including working with individuals with behavioral concerns, autism spectrum disorder, impulse control concerns, anxiety, depressive and mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, and relationship and family conflicts.
I believe that each client is unique and has different needs. To best meet each clients’ needs, I use an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, psychodynamic perspectives, and solution focused brief therapy.
