Recent Updates From Taylor Brosnihan
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

No matter what stage of life, my goal is to explore and process a wide variety of concerns such as trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, education/career, and interpersonal issues. I am passionate about providing a supportive environment for all individuals, including individuals who identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized communities.
My counseling style is flexible and eclectic. I meet clients where they are and use a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. I am very conscious of viewing clients from a multicultural, systems approach.
I believe that all people have the capacity to learn and grow into the best possible version of themselves. While this can be colored by the larger world and our individual experiences, we ultimately get to decide what that person looks like. My role as a counselor is to collaborate with my clients to provide a safe, genuine, and comfortable environment.
