It's a complex world. If you are searching for safety to explore your own authentic needs and challenges, come into my wellness center and let's see if this could be a positive place for you. I am a licensed clinical counselor, an art therapist, trauma and addictions specialist and the director of Santa Fe Wellness Center. It is an honor and a privilege for me to do this work. I believe we all deserve the very best life we can create for ourselves and it is my joy to support you in addressing what may be holding you back from fulfillment. We have availability and 7 different therapists to meet a variety of needs.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Art Education and a Master's Degree in Art Therapy earned in 2005. My approach is Humanistic, Transpersonal, and Solution-Focused. My experience is primarily with trauma, PTSD, depression, mood disorder, grief and loss, attachment and intimacy disorder, chemical and process addiction.
The idea of art can sometimes be intimidating for people, but this a different kind of "art." Art therapy is not about creating a beautiful picture. It is about expressing yourself in an authentic and personal way. I invite you to consider this gentle process of deep healing potential.
