I specialize in women's mental health: cisgender, transgender, non-binary, woman/feminine identified. I provide contemporary counseling and therapy to help you with your healing and well-being journey to achieve good mental health. My services are culturally competent. I work with people 18 years old and over who are dealing with anxiety, depression, gender, or trauma/stressor related issues, as well as women-specific issues. I use an integrative approach where I include mind, body, and spirit. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.
