“Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying I will try again tomorrow”- Mary Anne Ramacher. It’s okay if we’re the quiet voice willing to try again tomorrow. I’m here to help support that voice, however loud or quiet. I believe that therapy is like building a tool box, your therapist helps you learn how to use all the tools you have in your box and encourages you to use them properly. The toolbox you build is one you can always keep with you and utilize whenever you need it. See if I'm accepting new clients and book online at www.resolutioncc.com/team
I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University with a certificate in Promoting Child and Adolescent Well-Being. I assist my clients in identifying tools such as their strengths and goals, providing them support and kindness.
As a therapist, I like to ensure my clients feel safe and heard, in whatever way that may be. I want to help you see the world as more than black and white. We can learn to walk a middle path and build a toolkit to assist you in reaching your goals and acknowledging your strengths. Let’s emphasize the courage inside,I look forward to hearing from you soon.
