I enjoy being able to assist clients through trauma, depression, and anxiety; taking you from a place of little hope to motivated and confident.
I am a certified trauma therapist who utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; this technique provides education on trauma to assist you in understanding your symptoms and why you are doing the things you are doing, relaxation, and finally a narrative on what you have experienced. Through the narrative we are able to reduce symptoms and heal.
