I have extensive experience with at-risk & foster youth, adoption, child abuse, self harm and suicide, and divorced and blended families. I also work with females to help them transition into young adulthood. My workshops include: Let's Talk about the Barbie movie (for 10-12 year old girls), Mothers & Daughter Wellness, Empowering Women Post-Divorce, Writing a new story for your life (women 20+), Setting Boundaries with friends & dating. Dealing with overwhelming and anxious thoughts.
