ALL of us have experienced past traumatic events (to a greater or lesser degree) that may be impacting how we think, feel and act, today. I’ve learned from my clients and through my own personal experience that talk-therapy is just not enough! In obtaining the certifications needed, I’m confident I’m utilizing the most effective, progressive, therapeutic modalities to help clients, holistically, heal their brains, minds and bodies. By removing the roots of a client's anxiety/depression, I’ve seen tremendous breakthroughs with empowering clients to live the life they’ve always wanted; a life filled with happiness and peace.
I believe the first step in helping a client is to make you feel safe & accepted for who you are, not judged, but supported. My clients tell me that I'm able to see things other therapists have not & that I've helped them get to the root of their mental health issues. Additionally, I will equip you with tools for emotional regulation & self- resiliency.
I am NOT licensed in TN only in GA. However, I am a life/health/ relationship coach in TN and if you have a HSA/FSA card, you can use it for life coaching. My fees are $80 an hour. Also, if you have a high deductible, I recommend not using your insurance but self-pay because If we use your insurance, I will have to charge the insurance price of a $120+.
