I don't think mothers should ever have to suffer in silence. I'm here to help you find your voice, heal, and thrive with the transition into motherhood. I treat clients who are experiencing perinatal mood disorders (postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum psychosis. I assist clients who are experiencing a difficult time with the transition into parenthood and/or the transition of expanding your family. I guide clients through the detrimental heartbreak and grieving process of child loss, miscarriage, and infertility.
Not only do I have the personal experience of silently suffering through postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety, I also have completed the necessary course work for becoming a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMHC) and am currently working towards completing the necessary hours for certification.
I have suffered through postpartum depression and anxiety with my previous pregnancies. I hope to help guide you through the deafening silence of perinatal mood disorders. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well I believe it takes a village to help a mother heal from postpartum. I hope to be a part of that village.
