I take a compassionate approach and aim to collaborate with clients to tailor therapy to the unique needs, life circumstances, and strengths of each individual. I help clients clarify and live out their values, feel more authentic and cohesive about themselves, and have more meaningful connections with others.
l utilize a variety of evidence based and theory driven modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, and Developmental and Systems Approach (DSA).
