Recent Updates From Charity Northan
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Clients who come to me often will have ongoing mental health issues related to past trauma, family conflict, marital distress, low self-image, spiritual issues, and identity confusion. Many have been diagnosed with or feel they have symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and personality disorder. They feel out of control in their lives. They have tried to handle things on their own, but find themselves going in circles year after year. My goal is to help you resolve interpersonal conflicts and move outward to address and improve family, relational, social, cultural, and spiritual functioning.
I'm here to help you address trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, and depression. What makes my approach unique is the combination of evidence-based techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, cognitive strategies, DBT, and CBT skills. We invite the inclusion of culture, values and faith in our sessions.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to confront these challenges. But you're not alone. I'm committed to walking with you toward healing and growth. This space is completely confidential – a place where you can truly be yourself without fear of anyone finding out your vulnerabilities. Take the first step and reach out. One phone call starts it all.
