Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I have over 19 years of clinical experience. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Professional Psychology-Palo Alto.
I am a seasoned clinician and trained in numerous therapy techniques. I primarily use cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, chronic pain, anger, occupational stress, sleep disturbance, and many other adult client concerns. I am also skilled in prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy for trauma.
If you believe that you are ready to begin to make changes to improve your mood and health, please give me a call. If I have a waitlist, there are other providers in the clinic who may be able to help you.
