I received a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults on an individual basis, as well as in a couple or family unit. I work with clients experiencing a variety of different concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, adjusting to life circumstances, crisis management, and working with individuals struggling with guilt and shame. My special interests include working with individuals, and parents of children, diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, depression/anxiety due to a general medical condition, and incorporating faith into therapy (only when requested).
