Recent Updates From Dr. Olivia
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Are you feeling overwhelmed with challenges in navigating your life? Do you find yourself paralyzed by worry and not sure what way to turn? I specialize in working with individuals, especially first responders and executives, struggling with anxiety, burnout, and moral injury. I also specialize in working with clients navigating the challenges of infertility issues, perinatal loss, family planning, or perinatal/postpartum anxiety and mood disorders. Additionally, I provide coaching support to caregivers using Family Based Treatment for a child with an eating disorder.
As noted by my practice name, Holding Space, I am here to be fully present and open as we navigate how to meet your unique needs and develop a healthy and positive sense of self. My goal will be to create a solid therapeutic relationship by providing an empathic, open, direct, and nonjudgmental environment with bits of humor mixed in when we can.
Not only will you be able to talk about what's bothering you, but I can help you learn practical tools and internal perspective with cognitive oriented evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, SBFT, and CPT. I have been trained in Perinatal Anxiety and Mood Disorders by Post Partum Support International. Licensed in DE. FL, ID, ME, NM, SC, UT, VA, VT, WV.
