My approach is based in psychodynamic psychotherapy, utilizing tools from multiple sources including cognitive behavioral, relaxation and stress reduction, hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I see individuals ranging in age from14 to Seniors, both male and female.
I utilize Behavioral relaxation training to help individuals de-stress. I believe that a calm, focused mind and body enable an individual to access deeper levels of knowledge and skills to help them in problem solving. My approach is to build a working alliance with my clients and incorporates educational approaches and is results oriented.
