I have extensive experience working with early developmental trauma, difficulties with parent-child attachment, anxiety, significant life changes, and mood disorders. I am a Registered Play Therapist and trained in Family Attachment Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR with a focus on kids. My goal is that you feel listened to and we find the most effective way to help your family.
