Calling all caregivers! Are you taking care of a loved one be it a new baby, partner, parent, someone struggling with mental health issues, all of the above? I will help you develop the skills to feel like you are a better caregiver for yourself and those you love. Caregiver burnout, postpartum depression and anxiety, are some of the issues that I specialize in. My clients start with feelings of exhaustion, frustration, guilt, and impatience and together we work to build resilience, energy, and greater ability to care for themselves as well as others.

I have been providing counseling for over 10 years, with a private practice for over 3 years. I have been a family to family teacher through NAMI and worked for years as a therapist at Cardinal Glennon NICU assisting parents with perinatal depression and birth trauma. I use cognitive behavioral treatments, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment therapy approaches
I would love to help you on your journey, to come alongside you and give you the encouragement and guidance you need. I am confident that together we can make those changes you have longed for. It would be my privilege to take the next step with you.
