Throughout my 15 years of counseling a diverse population of clients, I have found that everyone wants the same thing... an increased sense of happiness and peace. This means something different to us all. I am here to help you figure out what that means to you, and how to obtain it.
Throughout my experience as a clinician, I have found a multimodal approach to be most beneficial. I highly value the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based practices to help people achieve their goals. With the recent addition of becoming an EMDR trained therapist, I feel as though my approach is well rounded and balanced.
We all go through struggles. Having someone to help navigate through them is sometimes what we need in order to come out on the other end successfully. I am here to help clients make positive change in a warm, caring, empathetic environment.
