Making the choice to seek help is incredibly brave, and finding a counselor can be overwhelming. I aim to make the process as safe and effortless as possible, providing individual, family, and couples counseling. We all have a right to belong, be respected, and feel heard and understood. If you experience anxiety, depression, shame, grief and loss, have had traumatic experiences, or relationship difficulties, counseling may help.Together we can find heaingl, promote connection with others, reduce distress, implement healthy boundaries, and process our hurt to create a better relationship with ourselves, our stories, and others.
My goal is to provide a safe space, free from judgements, to assist you in exploring and processing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use EMDR, Somatic mind body theories, cognitive processing, eco therapy and mindfulness tools. Collaboratively, we will create a plan for healing and discovering your true essence.
With over 10 years working with survivors of trauma, abuse, violence and oppression, I guide the process, working through power and control dynamics and relational wounds. My hope is to aid you in boosting your sense of belonging and connectedness, confidence, peace, and self-worth.
