Has the COVID pandemic exacerbated anxiety and obsessive thinking about health issues? The world is ready to reopen but maybe you aren’t quite there yet (and that’s okay!) and don’t know how to navigate it. Or, are you a young adult experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or OCD? Life after high school, during college, and after college can be stressful and high pressure, as are the huge decisions that come with it. I call these “life transitions” and they can often exacerbate mood symptoms and open up old wounds. Or, perhaps you'll stare directly in the sun but never in the mirror and you're ready to make a change :)
My therapeutic approach is non-judgemental, validating, and working with you to identify your goals and helping you get to where you need to be. I am also well versed in working with folks with chronic illnesses, impaired executive functioning, Women’s issues, and am LGBTQIA affirming and friendly.
