I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Rhode Island and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. I have extensive experience with children, adolescents and families; my current work focuses on adolescents and emerging adults. I prioritize engagement and building a strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation, while being genuine and authentic within that relationship. I work from a holistic perspective and believe in my clients' abilities to become their favorite self. I believe we are all the expert in our own lives. I am in the process of EMDR training.
