I use an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of techniques depending on the needs of each unique individual. I work from a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens, and my style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
I believe a holistic approach to therapy is key. I offer somatic techniques to explore where trauma or emotions may be stored in your physical body, as well as grounding tools to help calm and regulate the nervous system.
